Executive Chef Antonello Giliberti brings new techniques and recipes to a traditional menu with traditional dishes. Head Chef and Owner Vito Bellantuono’s menu is highly influenced by seafood local to his region in Italy and serves dishes other restaurants simply can’t - like octopus, cuttlefish, red mullet and oysters.

To ensure authenticity and freshness, ingredients are ordered from Italy and delivered daily based on need. All of the ingredients that don’t come from Italy are picked up from local markets each day to ensure freshness. Vito’s pasta is made fresh in-house with dishes like black linguini from calamari ink, pansotti stuffed with fresh spinach and ricotta cheese, fresh fettuccine with white truffle cream as well as classics like Pasta Alfredo and Rigatoni Bolognese.
