In this video we have a look at a study where NMN was used to enhance CAR-T cells when they are used in cancer therapy. The NMN extended the viability and proliferation of the CAR-T cells, along them to survive longer and be more effective at killing cancer cells. Note that this is a pre-print and has not been peer reviewed at this point.
