A dead battery on our Volvo C70 created a ‘Dead-Lock’ situation where we cold not get inside to open the hood. No, the mechanical key would not work in left or right doors. The battery powered key fob would not work. Could not get into and through the trunk. We simply could not get into our Volvo C70 as it was shut tight like Fort Knox. Not wanting to pay the Volvo dealership hundreds of dollars to tell me I had a dead battery…. we finally found an easy solution.. 2007 Volvo C70 convertible.
