You will find green and red crystal things dotted around, you need to collect 3 of one chosen colour, 3 of either red or 3 of green . Once you have that you will reach the dragon alter in the center, give your offering of 3 of the colours to the dragon and it will be like a spitting animation. After that a secret door to the sides will open and you on there , kill the trash then get puzzle achievement.
