Christ Ahnsahnghong Brought Us the Tree of Life, Which Gives Eternal Life Only If We Eat From It.
Even people who have been attending church for a long time have no idea about the Tree of Life.
“Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden . . . In the middle of the garden were the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil” (Ge 2:9).
What kind of benefit does the Tree of Life in Eden have?
“ ‘[T]ake also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever’ ” (Ge 3:22).
The benefit of the Tree of Life is eternal life. However, Adam and Eve could not eat from the Tree of Life because they had committed sin. It is God who blocked the way to the Tree of Life, so that they could not eat from it.
Therefore, it is only God who can give sinners the Tree of Life. Two thousand years ago, God came to the earth as a man with the Tree of Life in order to give eternal life to sinners.
“ ‘Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day’ ” (Jn 6:53–54).
Jesus’ flesh and blood are the Tree of Life that gives eternal life. Then, how can we eat Jesus’ flesh and blood, the Tree of Life?
“ ‘Take and eat; This [Passover bread] is my body . . . Drink from it, all of you. This [Passover wine] is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins’ ” (Mt 26:26–28).
Whoever keeps the Passover of the New Covenant can have eternal life. However, the Passover of the New Covenant was abolished by Emperor Constantine. Without the Passover of the New Covenant, the Tree of Life, there is no eternal life.
“Christ . . . will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him” (Heb 9:28).
God has come to this earth a second time to restore the lost Tree of Life. What do you think God must bring when He comes a second time? He has brought the Passover of the New Covenant, the Tree of Life, which only God can give us. We believe in Christ Ahnsahnghong who gives us eternal life by destroying death through the Passover of the New Covenant. Please keep the Passover of the New Covenant,
the banquet of the Tree of Life, that Christ Ahnsahnghong gives us, and receive eternal life.
“In that day they will say, ‘Surely this is our God;’ we trusted in him, and he saved us’ ” (Isa 25:9).
“ ‘[T]he LORD Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples, a banquet of aged wine . . . he will swallow up death forever’ ” (Isa 25:6–8).
