FDC flag-bearer elections for the mayor of Jinja city's Southern Division failed to take off on Thursday after fights broke out among the camps of the different contestants. Supporters of the incumbent candidate Mubarak Kirunda are accused of disrupting the electoral process which had been organized at Jinja City hall.
