Tom Clancy's The Division Open Beta running at in-game Auto-Detect settings at 1440p and at 2160p (4k) at low settings on the GTX 970

1440p is very playable at theses settings but at 4k even on the lowest settings the game does not run at a playable frame-rate. Stick with 1080p Very High or 1440p Auto-Detect settings
