In today’s episode of Nadiah’s kitchen, we will be making the most delicious Nasi Lemak 😛
Nasi lemak is a popular dish consist of rice cooked in coconut milk and pandan leaves. It also eaten with sambal ( chilli paste), fried anchovies, peanuts, cucumber and eggs. It is a dish which is commonly found in Malaysia. Also one of my favorite breakfast 😋
Ingredients
Chili Paste
30-40 Dried Chillies( boiled )
Onions ( optional )
Cooking oil
Water
Sambal

Yellow onion
Curry leaves

Anchovies Cube / Kiub ikan bilis ( optional)
Brown sugar/ Palm Sugar
Salt to taste

Nasi Lemak
5 cups of Rice
4 cups of water
1 cup of coconut milk
Ginger
Salt to taste
Pandan Leaves
Shallots ( optional )
Fenugreek ( optional )
Sides
Fried Anchovies
Peanuts
Cucumber
Eggs
