A couple of weeks ago I asked if anyone had any experience with the Caramel Baritone. A bunch of folks told me that it couldn’t possibly be a solid mahogany ukulele as advertised and a few people told me that they liked theirs. Well, I took the advice of those who liked it and took the plunge and bought it. This is a big deal for me because for the past dozen years I’ve been making my own ukuleles and haven’t bought a factory made uke in a really long time.
Well, I can lay the debate to rest. This is all solid mahogany, it was set up beautifully,has amazing tone and intonation and is super lightweight.
Gant it, it’s not top grade mahogany but it sounds really nice.
