1. Uninstall Nova launcher and Tesla Unread
2. Click link and scroll down and download the APK.
**MAKE SURE TO ALLOW UNKNOWN SOURCES**
3. Click the last link for Tesla Unread and install
4. Open Nova Launcher and set as default launcher (If you want to start using it whenever you turn your device on).
6. You're all set, you can customize whatever you want.
