A state funeral is set to take place for victims of the Genoa bridge collapse in Italy.
But some families blame the government for the disaster and say they'll boycott the ceremony.
At least 38 people died and hundreds of others were injured.
Meanwhile prosecutors in the city say 10 to 20 people are still unaccounted for and are warning the death toll is expected to rise.
Al Jazeera's David Chater has more from Genoa, Italy.
