I used Hygiena SystemSURE Plus and UltraSnap test swabs that tests how much ATP is present. Video states results of ATP testing on Jan 1, 2018.
Per Hygiena, "ATP is an energy molecule found in all plant, animal, and microbial cells." "All organic matter (living or once-living) contain ATP." "The detection of ATP on a surface or in water therefore indicates the presence of biological matter."
This is a commercial test for hospitals and food processing plants.
I tested ceramic plates after smearing raw chicken and raw bacon independently.
I used YL Thieves Household Cleaner (diluted), Clorox Bleach (undiluted), Lysol Spray Crisp Linen scent (undiluted), and Heinz distilled white vinegar (50% dilution).
Result interpretation based on strictest industry standards:
0-10 = safe for direct food contact
11-30 = safe for indirect food contact, fail for direct food contact
31+ = fail
RESULTS WITH HORMEL NATURAL CHOICE CHERRYWOOD BACON:
1062 Bacon Cardboard box
552 Plastic wrapper
4 Thieves Cleaner diluted 1:32 (my version of "heavy degreasing")
10 Thieves Cleaner diluted 1:112 (my version of "light degreasing")
**PLEASE NOTE: YOUNG LIVING RECOMMENDS 1:15 AS HEAVY DEGREASING, 1:50 AS LIGHT DEGREASING
6 white vinegar diluted 1:1
RESULTS WITH RAW CHICKEN BREAST:
8895 chicken
6 Thieves Cleaner diluted 1:32
65 Lysol spray
I will post later a full length recording of additional testing.
