Clancy Cashion T'14 talks about Tuck's Advanced Leadership Presence Program, which helps second-year students to take an objective look at the leadership development goals they set for themselves in first year and to asses how they've fared in 'living out' those goals. Clancy says the program helps Tuck students leapfrog their peers in their first jobs post-graduation because it highlights their strengths and development areas with intense, targeted simulations of real-world work scenarios, which would otherwise take years of experience to extract.
