✅ Dead bugs - Do 8-10 repetitions per side, alternating as you go, making sure to always keep your low back holding firm against the floor.
✅ Banded Anti-Rotation Press - Do 8-10 reps per side, pausing to exhale fully when extended
✅ Birddogs - Hold steady for 3 deep breaths per side, two holds per side
