Chicken Chinthamani Recipe is a very rustic style of chicken preparation in the kongunad region. There is even a place in Coimbatore called Chinthamani Pudur.
INGREDIENTS
*1 Kilograms Chicken with bone / without bone
*10 Tablespoon Groundnut Oil/Sesame Oil
*250 Grams Shallots(Small Onion)
*20 Dry Red chillies (seeds removed)
*100 Gram Ginger & Garlic Paste
*Crystal Salt(As Your Taste)
*2 sprigs curry leaves
*Coriander Leaves
Tasty Chicken Chinthamani is ready.
Serve hot as a side dish with rice.
