We have taken delivery of our Zünd G3 Digital Cutter.
With uncompromising performance and precision this machine is extremely flexible thanks to its modular cutter concept. It allows us to define which functions we require the cutter to perform and allows us to configure the tool accordingly.
It is quick, precise and time saving. The set-up for knives, router bits and creasing wheels occurs through a fully automatic initialisation system.
The bed vacuum that holds material in place is energy efficient. The vacuum area is divided into zones across the bed that can be switched on and off individually, meaning you only vacuum the areas you are using reducing energy usage and making every job much more energy efficient.
It is also a highly durable machine processing materials up to 110mm in thickness. Also the automatic router bit/tool changer ARC dramatically reduces set-up times and simplifies tool handling. The magazine can accommodate up to eight different cutting, polishing, or engraving bits. The bits needed for processing are automatically removed, clamped, initialized, and cleaned after each use.
