US President Joe Biden apologises to delegates at Cop27 in Egypt for the US leaving the Paris Climate Agreement and reaffirms US commitments to the global fight against climate change.
This year's conference is being held in Sharm El-Sheikh and there has been a general theme of some countries calling for climate reparations for major polluters.
