If you train for increased muscle sarcomeres... it will translate dramatically improved performance in a super short period of time.
This is ESPECIALLY important if you are training for the BOSTON.
Why?... because Boston STARTS and ENDS with downhills. It is NOT heartbreak hill that will get you... it's what happens after.
