Jonathan E. Rosenberg, MD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York City, NY, explores the use of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) in urothelial carcinoma, including enfortumab vedotin and sacituzumab govetican which are approved by the US FDA in this patient population. Future directions include moving established ADCs into earlier treatment lines, as well as novel anti-HER2 ADCs including disitamab vedotin.
