Works and transport minister Monica Azuba Ntege has revealed that a substantial portion of the 6.4 trillion shilling allocated to sector in the budget will be committed to operationalising the recently revived Uganda Airlines. The minister has also revealed that the ministry will prioritise the improvement of rail and water transport to increase on the avenues through which people and goods can move into and around the country.
