Oktoberfest! At last our autumnal miniseries comes to a close with the most sensual of the Teutonic dishes: pork knuckle. So if you want to close out the inebriated season in style, go to your butcher, chew the fat for a bit, and then buy yourself some premium schweinshaxe.
