Ingredients:
- 1 carrot
- 1 apple
- 1-2 spoons of honey
- A handful of nuts (walnuts, almonds or other nuts of your choice)
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut the carrot and apple into bite-sized pieces.
2. Put them in a blender.
3. Add honey and nuts.
4. If you like, add ice to cool.
5.Blend all the ingredients in the blender until you get a smooth texture.
6. Enjoy your vitamin smoothie!
