This exercise was inspired by a hip scour test which indicates arthritis! Often hip popping is a sign that the hip joint is shifting most likely from sitting for extended periods of time in poor positions. Prevent that cartilage breakdown with this simple hip scour exercise!
You'll start with the scour test where you will try to drive your hip bone back into the socket and then attempt to pull your leg in a circle. If you find a spot that there seems to be a catch, do small circles in this area to lubricate the area and try the big circle again!
