This is the most delicious Bread I have ever eaten! Fluffy, Bubbly and Chewy Turkish Flatbread. Anyone can make it in their kitchen. It is very delicious to eat with fried chicken or baked meat. This flatbread can be used as the basis for tacos, pizza or sandwiches. Just wrap it around your favorite food. This recipe has been proven over the years, its dough is tastier than in Turkish restaurants, I've been on vacation in Turkey several times and I'm sure this is the recipe that has made me make this bread time and time again. 😎
Materials;
Biga yeast;
1 glass of water
1 packet of yeast
1 glass of flour
For dough;
6 cups of flour
2 small spoons of salt
2 glasses of water
2 spoons of oil
For the above;
2 egg yolks
