Masale Bhat
Mix 1C chopped ivy gourd, 2C brinjal, 2 chopped green chillies,Tbsp GG paste, 1/4tsp turmeric powder, 1tsp garam masala, 1tsp salt.
Add to a MagicPot with 1C soaked rice, 2C water, 1tsp ghee, 1/4C cashewnuts, 1/4C grated coconut.
2W on high. Let settle. Open. Mix 1tsp jaggery, 1tsp, lemon juice, cilantro, 1/4C peas.
