A government camera has captured St. Augustine downtown streets flooded as Tropical Storm Nicole hits Florida.
This tropical storm is expected to make landfall in Florida as a hurricane on Wednesday (9 November).
The National Hurricane Center (NHC) is projecting storm surges up to five feet (1.5 metres) in some locations along the coast, with up to seven inches (18 centimetres) of rain in some spots.
