How to make easy , soft pizza dough with whole wheat flour in a bread machine / bread maker.
The dough can be refrigerated for upto 3 days. It can also be used immediately. Just roll out, add toppings and bake !! Or just make the pizza base to use later.
Ingredients:
Water (room temperature) 3/4 cup
Oil 1/2 tablespoon
Sugar 1/2 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon
Whole wheat flour 1 & 1/4 cups
Refined wheat flour (maida) 1/2 cup
Instant yeast 1/2 tablespoon
Oregano (optional) 1/2 teaspoon
