This the first run through of the self cleaning (pyrolytic ) cycle of my Bosch Series 8 oven. The oven is about a month old and has been used a few times to cook roasts, etc so the insides are starting to get dirty.

The cost of this cycle is supposed to be cheaper than buying a bottle of oven cleaner and a lot less effort!

Not a perfect result first time, however I did put the roasting pan on the wrong rack and maybe should have ran a longer program, however, all in all I am impressed with the way it cleaned the oven, much better than my older oven that had to be cleaned manually.
