De/Formed Revival premiered in 2023 at Shadbolt Centre for the Arts with support of Canada Council for the Arts, BC Arts Council, and Metro Vancouver Regional Cultural Grant Program. It is a full-length, mainstage work.

This work is currently being developed into a dance film adaptation and into site-specific immersive experience that includes 360 dance film projections and roving dance in unconventional performance spaces: art galleries, outdoor spaces, and public indoor spaces.
