MATCHA WHITE CHOCOLATE COOKIES WITH A LITTLE BIT OF TRAUMA 🤌🏻✨🍪
Hello everyone, welcome to my kitchen with a little bit of trauma 😀✨ gives those cookies an extra kick.
I decided to make matcha cookies for a friend’s birthday party because I was always insecure with my inability to cook or bake. I always had the fear of trying because I didn’t want to fail and disappoint myself. BUT HERE WE ARE WITH THE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT!
But speaking of failure, the day I filmed this video, the batter ended up being way too wet so it wouldn’t mould into a ball when I took it out of the fridge so I improvised by just scooping it with a measuring spoon. But it ended up working out after all ☺️

I would say the duration of the whole process (along with the 1 hour refrigeration time) is a total of 3 hours. I would know because I made these cookies three times and one of those times I thought it would be a good idea to bake from 11pm till 2am..
