Vietnamese Glutinous Rice Dumplings (Banh It Tran)
Ingredients:
Dough:
2 Cup Glutinous Rice Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Warm Water
1/2 tbsp Cooking Oil
Fillings:
1/2 lb Ground Pork
1 Cup Mung Bean
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Fried Shallot
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 Chicken Seasoning
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
100g Dried Shrimp
1 tbsp Annatto Seeds Oil
Served with: Scallion & Oil, Fried Shallots, Fish Sauce.
