We ensure the finest flavour and highest nutritional value possible as we nurture our olives with care and harvest them by hand.
Our olives are processed in our 7,700 square meters factory with 2,000 square meters of outside storage. We are able to store up to 4,000 tons of olive oil and 4,000 tons of olives at any given time, we are also able to process up to 6,000 kilos of olives per hour.
Our crops are cold pressed using state-of-the-art processing, bottled, and stored in our own plant. In addition to extra virgin olive oil, we also produce the superbly flavoured Kalamon Olives packaged in our family’s traditional recipe of oil, vinegar, and brine.
