3.1 is finally here and brings probably one of the most anticipated characters in Genshin since a long time ago. Cyno is now here, and while I'm not pulling for him, still excited to see how he plays.
Also Candace (most likely the better character) is gonna be fun testing, and later in phase 2 we have Nilou!
On top of all this, we have a new zone to explore, a Desert.
