Alia Kakaako is a new luxury condo project in Honolulu with completion for early 2026. This project is being developed by The Kobayashi Group, one of the most successful developers in the state, and the same developers who developed Park Lane Ala Moana.

Alia started sales in December of 2022 and has seen really great demand for the project. Pricing is in the $1500 - $2000+ per square foot range which is on par with other luxury projects in the area.

A similar project to Alia is Kalae, which was launched earlier in 2022 and sold out very quickly of their preferred Diamond Head facing units.
