Hey guys, so here's a popular dish you can find at Hindu prayers, Hindu weddings and roti shops. Here's my version of a nice tasty channa and aloo. I love having this with paratha roti and ofcourse some mother in law pepper sauce at the side...So give it a try and let me know how it comes out.
INGREDIENTS
1 CAN OF CHANNA
1LB POTATO
4 LARGE LEAVES OF BANDANIA (SHADON BENI) CHOPPED
2 TSP ANCHAR MASSALA
2 TBSP OF YOUR FAVOURITE CURRY POWDER
1 TSP WHOLE GRAIN GEERA
1 TSP TUMERIC
1 TSP GROUND GEERA
1 SMALL ONION SLICED
3 CLOVES OF GARLIC CRUSH
SALT TO TASTE
2 POT SPOON VEGETABLE OIL
