It was a 24-hour-long wait, the longest in two decades. Narendra Modi took the oath as the Prime Minister for the third straight term with 71 ministers in his Union council on Sunday. However, there was not even a whisper about the allocation of portfolios for the entire day. The Press Information Bureau gave out the official list only at 7.37 pm on Monday, a full 24 hours after Sunday's swearing-in ceremony.
