Ingredients:
1 cup Rajapuri Mango (chopped)
4-5 tbsp Kora Masala
Kora Masala recipe
2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
2 tbsp Rai Kuria
1 tbsp Methi Kuria
1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Power
Salt
For Roasting
1 tbsp Oil
1 cup Jaggery (chopped)
Method: Start with Rajapuri Mango (chopped) in the bowl with Kora Masala mix them properly and keep it in the bowl for half n hour. Now for roasting add Oil in the Kadai with Kerry masala and cook it in low flame, then add Jaggery and saute the same in low flame till jaggery is completely melted. Once it is done take it out in the Serving bowl and your Meethi Aam Ka Achaar is ready to be served.
