This is a typical defensive strategy that Great tits (Parus major) use in order to intimidate predators. Hopefully, this nest will be a successful one and next week there will be little Great tits in the nest box.
For the observation of those nests, I'm following strict rules and people without experience and permission to monitor nests should avoid disturbing them.
