This song is genius and beauty as well as madness and chaos. Ren is a rare musical talent. Writing clear powerful lyrics and giving raw emotional performances. This was a gut wrenching performance to witness and it snuck up on me. Seeing how the whole dialogue unfolds with Ren and his subconscious and the resulting triumphant integration of the shadow self is beautiful - however it struck pretty close to home for me in that final monologue... I wasn't prepared for it to cut so deep.
