Before a judgment becomes final and executory, a party may file:
1. Motion for reconsideration (Rule 37)
2. Motion for new trial (Rule 37)

After the judgment becomes final and executory, the party may file:
1. Petition for relief from judgment (Rule 38)
2. Action to annul a judgment (Rule 47)
3. Petition for Certiorari (Rule 65)
4. Collateral attack of a judgment
