A Justice of the Constitutional Court accuses his colleagues on the bench with a damning indictment after they ruled that four NRM MPs should quit Parliament until they deliver a verdict of the key appeal contesting their expulsion from the NRM party. Justice Remmy Kasule sharply disagreed with Justices Faith Mwondha, Richard Buteera, Augustine Nshimye and Steven Kavuma who ruled in favour of an injunction to limit the MPs from accessing the precincts of Parliament.
