Take a drive around Papillion, Nebraska. It's a suburb of Omaha and is popular with those who love a small-town feel. It's also a favorite of the military with Offutt Air Force Base close by. This city of about 24,000 has also undergone major changes along the Highway 370 corridor. New housing developments have been popping up over the last 10-plus years and it continues. In 2011, Werner Park was built. It's the home of the Omaha Storm Chasers, a Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals baseball team. There is a quaint downtown and larger shopping areas as well.
