We start the day with this morning flow with certified yoga teacher Cole Chance. Yoga flow is the combination of movement to breathe and flow from one pose to another in a sequence. Benefits of practicing this are increased concentration and balance, strengthening of the various parts of the body such as the knees, back, and arms.
