In the season finale of Table, the guys visit Galyatető with its iconic lookout tower. This scenic location is part of the famous National Blue Trail hiking route. To support this active leisure, they bake something really hearty: Hungarian flatbread!

Hungarian deep-fried flatbread
Ingredients:
- 250 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 20 g yeast
- 50 dkg flower
- salt
For the toppings:
sour cream, smoked-boiled pork chunk, bacon, red onion, fresh fig, goat cheese, paprika, tomato, potato, rosemary… the sky is the limit.
Activate the yeast in warm water, add it to the salty flour, and work the dough nicely. It’s important to knead it for at least 15 minutes; we can add the air into the dough. After that, let it rise to a warm temperature for an hour. Stretch it out, smear it with sour cream and garlic, and put the other toppings on the dough. Bake it at a minimum of 200 degrees, approximately 10-15 minutes.
