Lab demonstration for BWD21303 (Food Analysis) practical class.

The practical class this week is about measuring the absorbance of food dye (food colouring) solutions. Students will also be able to learn the procedure of operating UV-Vis Spectrophotometer for absorbance analysis.

The instrument used in this demonstration was Hitachi U-3900H Spectrophotometer.
