Eggy French Toast Roll-Ups
Ingredients:
• 4 slices bread
• 4 eggs (2 for scrambling, 2 for dipping)
• ¼ cup shredded cheese
• 1 tbsp milk
• Butter for frying
• Salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Scramble Eggs:
Whisk 2 eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in buttered pan, set aside.
2. Flatten Bread:
Trim crusts (optional) and flatten bread slices with a rolling pin.
3. Fill & Roll:
Add scrambled eggs and cheese to each slice, then roll tightly.
4. Dip in Egg:
Beat remaining 2 eggs and dip the roll-ups to coat.
5. Fry:
Fry roll-ups in butter until golden brown on all sides.
6. Serve:
Enjoy warm!
