Full disclosure I purchased this machine through HicTop as an Amazon return hence the issue with the crushed connector and dead switch. HicTop offered to send me replacement parts but I declined as it was much faster to purchase them through Amazon to get the machine going.

As for the machine itself, it has proved itself to be a workhorse at making prototype prints for myself and like any machine, with a little tuning it will crank out lots of prints with ease. I will say that being there are two heads the odds of things going wrong increases but if you use good settings and common sense in setting it up and tuning it will give good results. In the future, I will do a video touching on how I set up my slicer profile for this machine specifically and give some good pointers for settings.
