So Lethal Tempo is finally back, and though the range is sorely missed (by Thresh, anyway), any attack speed is good attack speed for an AD Thresh in the lategame, and any kind of Thresh actually, so long as you're keeping up in Souls.

Thresh Top Runes (Recommended for aggression, experienced play. Fleet Footwork can be used when newer or want a safer lane, Press the Attack can be used for more damage in lane, and is honestly better for impacting the game)
Lethal Tempo
Presence of Mind
Legend: Bloodline (AD, take Alacrity if you take BOTRK early, or if you play AP)
Coup De Grace or Last Stand
Second Wind vs poke / Bone Plating against early game burst and fighters
Overgrowth if need a huge tank / Revitalize against poke / Unyielding tenacity for overwhelming CC or you need Plated Steelcaps instead of Mercs (though merc treads is usually enough)
