This week the 52nd Annual Toronto Caribbean Carnival [ Ссылка ] is in full swing . The month long festival began in 1967 in Toronto and was supposed to be a one-time celebration of the Canadian Centennial in Ontario’s provincial capital city. Over a million people from around the world will visit the GTA to “jump up” during carnival including the jewel of the festival, the Toronto Caribbean Carnival Grand Parade (Saturday August 3rd, 2019.)
