LENTIL SOUP RECIPE | EASY AND FAST LENTIL SOUP | HEALTHY DINNER RECIPE
Boil Lentils with water for 30-40 minutes.
Saute Onions with Salt, Pepper, Garlic, and Turmeric.
Add onion mix to the Lentil Pot and let cook for another 20-30 minutes on low.
Add fresh Parsley for taste, cook for 5-7 Minutes, Serve with Bread or any side dish.
I usually use fresh Parsley but didn't have it, I used dried.
